Applicants who are preparing for ICET Exam 2017 for MBA/MCA
courses can download ICET Syllabus 2017 and Exam Pattern from below. ICET is an
Integrated Common Entrance Test held for those candidates aspiring to take
admissions in MBA and MCA courses of Andhra University and other affiliated
colleges. Applicants who want to get admission in leading universities
must put high effort to pass ICET exam.

Syllabus 2017
ICET Syllabus consist three sections, namely A, B and
C. Section A is for checking your analytical ability. In section B, you will be
asked some questions on mathematical ability. Last is the section C is used to
test your communication ability. Section C generally includes identification of
vocabulary utilized in our every communication, functional usage of grammar in
business contexts and in day-to-day communication and so on.
The test consists of 200 questions of one mark each on
the following topics.

- A: Analytical Ability
Data Sufficiency
Problem Solving
Sequences and Series, Analogies, Sequences, Series, Odd
thing out, a:b::c:d relationships.
Data Analysis, Tables, Graphs, Diagrams, Charts,
Passages.
Coding and Decoding Problems.
Date, Time and Arrangement Problems, Calendar problems,
Clock problems, Blood relationships,
Arrivals, departures and schedules,
Seating arrangements, Symbol and notation, Interpretation.
Section
- B: Mathematical Ability
Arithmetical Ability ,Ratio- proportion, Divisibility,
Percentages, Profit and loss, Partnership,
Time, distance and work problems,
Areas and volumes, Indices.
Algebraic & Geometrical Ability, Converse and
inverse, Tautologies sets, Relations and functions, Trigonometry, Height and
distance problems, Remainder theorem, Progressions, Binomial Theorem,
Coordinate geometry.
Statistical Ability, Frequency distributions Mean,
Median, Mode, Standard Deviations, Correlation, Probability.
Section
- C: Communication Ability
Vocabulary.
Business and Computer Terminology.
Functional Grammar.
Reading Comprehension.

Exam Pattern 2017
Total number of questions is 200 in the examination and
each question is of one mark. The question paper can be divided into three
