Once you select a new screen with pdf notification will come out

Read the notification carefully and if you find yourself eligible then download the application form

Take the print out of the application form and fill it neatly , paste a clear photograph and sign it properly

After completing the application form attach all the relevant documents that are mentioned in the notification and enclose it in an envelope
